Chief Executive Officer
Johnnie Hardy currently serves as the administrative leader and has experience inclusive of extensive work in Quality Assurance, grant writing and administration and nursing. Johnnie Hardy is a Registered Nurse with experience developing health education programs for low¬ income families and disabled individuals as well as supportive services for the identified population of the VAWA/HOPWA demonstration. She will serve as the Project Manager. She is an educator, has a dual bachelor degree in Management with an Information Technology concentration, a Master in Public Administration and a Master in Public Health. She has successfully made application and has been awarded in excess of $3.1 million dollars in grant funding for homeless community housing projects in the metropolitan areas of Georgia. Johnnie is currently seeking a Master in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Chief Financial Officer
Randall Hardy serves as the financial leader of Golden Shields' business functions. Initiatives that he has expertise include workforce development programs for low-income individuals seeking pathways into education and employment. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Davidson College and a Master in Science in psychology from Walden University. His expertise includes providing supportive services that move individuals toward academic success, safe and stable housing, employment, permanent connections with supportive collaborations and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Randall has held a managerial role in non-profit service provision since 2005 to include managing homeless, educational, prevention and youth-at-risk programs in the Madison/Milwaukee Wisconsin area and in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Chief Diversity Officer
Deneille Erikson engages with zest. She is a graceful spirited teacher, with strong valves on learning. She enjoys the diversity of culture and people. Deneille shares her understanding in various way, giving smiles to everyone she meets.
Chief Compliance Officer
Dr. Delicia Gamble holds a doctorate in Pharmacy from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, a Master in Health Administration from A. T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri as well as a Bachelor in Biology from the University of South Carolina (Columbia). Dr. Gamble has extensive experience working in the hospital pharmacy setting in South Carolina as well as retail pharmacy within all populations. She has advanced training in Medication Therapy Management, Diabetes Education and Patient Counseling. Her expertise includes infection reduction, increasing access to care, reduction of health disparities, and improved health outcomes which includes assisting patients with medication affordability. She has experience in coordinating and planning activities relative to grant management as well as administration of grant award funding. Dr. Gamble has worked in a non-profit environment since 2006.
Clinical Director
Bobby Gamble holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of South Carolina (Columbia) and is currently pursuing a Master in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has extensively worked in the public service arena serving as a military veteran for the United States Army and working with at-risk youth in Columbia, South Carolina. He has a passion for working with individuals coping with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and family therapy. He also engages in community advocacy roles to include reduction of obesity amongst elementary school students and healthcare policies in Washington, DC.
Chief Operation Officer
Christopher Crew is an all-around tradesman; skilled in various areas. He is wonderful with customer service and social engagement. Christopher believes in delivering the best of his skillset and knowledge to go the extra mile.
